About Mitch
Mitch Ferris has been a Web developer, usability expert and SEO specialist for several years.
He is an experienced Web consultant and specializes in search engine optimization. He enjoys helping his clients understand what it takes to be “relevant” in Google and be found by customers worldwide.

He has rolled out Websites for users in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China Singapore and right here in California. Mitch knows the importance of Web usability and enjoys helping users understand that there is no substitute for good, solid content.
He has worked for a variety of companies including APL, NOL, Riverbed and UC Berkeley.
He has enjoyed working with UCLA Health System on the rollout of a content management system called SiteMaker (by MedSeek). This project involved moving and building content, code, scripts and imagery as part of a site-wide rollout. He has also written userguides and assisted with user training for this project.
Mitch is a search engine optimization (SEO) expert and helps his clients achieve high rankings in all major search engines. Many of his clients have a search engine rank in the Google-top-20 for specific keyword phrases.
He develops feature graphics and maintains his own Web usability databases. He also enjoys developing MS Access databases for his clients to help keep them organized. He’s an excellent teacher and likes to empower his clients.
